PurchSense provides a web-based platform for managing purchase orders, vendors, properties, and related procurement activities for your business.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All data you enter into the system
• Compliance with applicable laws when using the service
• Actions taken by users within your company account
• Ensuring invited users have permission to access company data

Data and Privacy

Subscription and Billing

Subscription terms, pricing, and billing policies are detailed in our Subscription Terms. By subscribing, you agree to these billing terms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for PurchSense. However, the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

PurchSense is provided as a tool to assist with procurement management. We are not liable for:

• Business decisions made using data in the platform
• Errors or omissions in data you enter
• Loss of data due to user error or account issues
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of PurchSense at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the service.

Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid beyond the grace period.

Upon termination, you will lose access to the platform. We retain data for 30 days after account closure, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
